Didacta Fair Italy 2024

Didacta Fair Italy is the most important trade event focused on innovation in the education sector.

Didacta Fair Italy, held for over 50 years in Germany, aims to foster debate on the world of education among institutions, associations, and entrepreneurs, creating a meeting place for schools and companies in the sector.

The Fair has a highly innovative format. On one side, there are the main companies in the school supply chain: from publishing to construction, from technology to furnishings, from stationery to services designed for schools, from museum education to tourist destinations, from training to music education, and pathways for transversal skills and orientation. On the other side, there is teacher and school manager training with high-level educational events.

The event is consolidated every year in Florence, at Fortezza da Basso, transforming the Tuscan capital into the European capital of the school of the future for three days.

TARGET AUDIENCE

The event is aimed at all levels of education and training: nurseries, preschools, primary schools, lower and upper secondary schools, ITS professional institutes, universities, scientific research and professional training institutes, as well as companies and industry professionals.

THE FORMAT

The format of Didacta Fair develops on two levels:

An exhibition area, involving the extensive supply chain of companies working in the world of education and training, and a dedicated event activity: conferences and seminars ranging from technology to scientific and humanistic fields, up to the learning space.

Didacta Fair Italy is organized by Firenze Fiera; the Ministry of Education and Merit, Didacta International, the Tuscany Region, the Municipality of Florence, Unioncamere, the Florence Chamber of Commerce, the Florence Convention & Visitors Bureau, ITKAM (Italian Chamber of Commerce for Germany) make up the organizing committee; INDIRE is the scientific partner.
